Yes, the studios are located on the ground floor. The courtyard is accessible by vehicle, allowing for unloading directly in front of the main building. The doors measure between 1 meter and 1.40 meters wide, and ramps are available to navigate the few elevated passages.

Can we organize a dance party in this space?

Yes! The soundproofing makes it an ideal space for partying late into the night.

Can we use the kitchen?

For any rental longer than 4 hours, the kitchen spaces are freely accessible. Hacienda has several kitchen areas equipped with refrigerators, freezers, sinks, dishwashers, and work surfaces.

Sauf pour des événements particuliers (cocktails, soirées, etc.), il n'est pas autorisé de manger à l'intérieur des studios ni dans le couloir. Des tables et chaises sont mises à disposition dans La Cour, dont une partie est abritée. Un espace cantine est disponible à la location.

What equipment is provided with the rental of the space?

The studios rented on a "dry hire" basis are provided empty, without any additional equipment, except for racks, sockets, lighting neon tubes, and a backdrop roller. You are free to bring your own equipment. You can also check the list of equipment available for rent on the Equipment & Services page.

Is there a minimum rental duration?

No, you can rent by the hour, by the day, or for the duration you need upon request.

Is it possible to store equipment or personal belongings on-site?

Throughout the duration of your booking, the space is entirely dedicated to you! You can set up your belongings, equipment, and decor with complete peace of mind. For added security, we can secure the studio during your absences, and additional storage spaces are available if needed. Feel free to reach out to us!

Does the space have Wi-Fi?

Yes, free fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout the Hacienda. Please ask for the access codes upon your arrival.

Can we unload equipment on-site?

The courtyard is spacious enough to accommodate all types of vehicles. You will be able to unload your equipment there.

For specific requests and in accordance with certain rules, access for pets may be exceptionally permitted.

Is cleaning included?

Accepted Answer

A mandatory cleaning fee will be applied for all rentals, ranging from €20 excluding tax (€24 including tax) to €80 excluding tax (€96 including tax) depending on the size and condition of the premises. We invite you to leave the premises as tidy as you found them. We reserve the right to withhold part of the security deposit only in cases where the cleanliness condition could risk damaging the premises.

Is parking available on-site or nearby?

In addition to the 5 free parking spaces available in the courtyard of Hacienda Studio, there are 3 paid parking lots within a 5-minute walk: 32 Émile Zola Street, 5 Lafontaine Street, and 3 Carnot Street.

Are there any booking fees and/or security deposit?

Accepted Answer

Reservations must be paid before the rental date. For any reservation exceeding 4 hours, we will ask you for a security deposit of €1,500, which will of course be returned to you after your stay. These terms allow us to guarantee the quality of service for all our customers.
