Does the space have disabled access (PMR) ?

La Mezzanine is located on the first floor, accessible via a wide staircase. However, there is access available for caterers, allowing the use of a lift or a service lift. The rental of this equipment is available as an optional extra.

Can a dance party be organized in this space?

Accepted Answer

As the Mezzanine's roof is not soundproof, music must be turned off around 11 PM to avoid disturbing the neighbors. However, our soundproof studios allow you to extend the evening late into the night!

Can we use the kitchen?

Of course! Hacienda has several kitchen areas, each equipped with refrigerators, freezers, sinks, dishwashers, and work surfaces. The Mezzanine also offers catering access, with the option to rent a lift.

What equipment is provided with the rental of the space?

Accepted Answer

The Mezzanine, available for "dry" rental, is equipped with general lighting featuring adjustable color LEDs, a projector, and includes access to the kitchen area. Additional equipment, such as tables, chairs, decorations, extra lighting, or sound equipment, is available as an option.

Is there a minimum rental duration?

We rent the space for a minimum of 4 consecutive hours.

Is it possible to store equipment or personal belongings on-site?

Throughout the duration of your booking, the space is entirely dedicated to you! You can set up your belongings, equipment, and decor with complete peace of mind. For added security, we can secure the studio during your absences, and additional storage spaces are available if needed. Feel free to reach out to us!

Does the space have Wi-Fi?

Yes, free fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout the Hacienda. Please ask for the access codes upon your arrival.

Can we unload equipment on-site?

Accepted Answer

The courtyard is spacious enough to accommodate all types of vehicles. You will be able to unload your equipment there.

Are pets allowed?

For specific requests and in accordance with certain rules, access for pets may be exceptionally permitted.

Is cleaning included?

Accepted Answer

A mandatory cleaning fee will be applied for all rentals, ranging from €20 excluding tax (€24 including tax) to €80 excluding tax (€96 including tax) depending on the size and condition of the premises. We invite you to leave the premises as tidy as you found them. We reserve the right to withhold part of the security deposit only in cases where the cleanliness condition could risk damaging the premises.

Is parking available on-site or nearby?

In addition to the 5 free parking spaces available in the courtyard of Hacienda Studio, there are 3 paid parking lots within a 5-minute walk: 32 Émile Zola Street, 5 Lafontaine Street, and 3 Carnot Street.

Question 12

Are there any booking fees and/or security deposit?

Accepted Answer

Reservations must be paid before the rental date. For any reservation exceeding 4 hours, we will ask you for a security deposit of €1,500, which will of course be returned to you after your stay. These terms allow us to guarantee the quality of service for all our customers.
